Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. Your order is not confirmed until we send you a shipment confirmation email.

THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT THE TERMS OF OUR 3-YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY, WHICH GOVERNS PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND IS PROVIDED SEPARATELY WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ENGREPO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California.
