This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official ENGREPO store on Amazon or our official website at engrepo.com.

Part 1: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return any undamaged ENGREPO product for a full refund within 30 days of the item's delivery date, for any reason.

1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and full refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused & Undamaged: The product is in new condition, with no signs of wear, installation, or damage.

Complete Packaging: All original packaging, inserts, manuals, and accessories are included.

All Items Returned: Any free gifts, bonuses, or promotional items received with the purchase must be returned with the main product. If these are not returned, their value will be deducted from your refund.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

2. Return Process & Shipping Costs

Initiating a Return: Please start by contacting our support team at service@engrepo.com to receive a Return Authorization and specific instructions.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

For returns not due to a defect or quality issue, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A valid tracking number is required for processing.

In these cases, we will refund the product's purchase price only, not the original shipping cost.

For returns due to a product quality issue, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs.

Pre-Order Items: For pre-ordered items, the 30-day return window begins on the day the item is shipped to you.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will email you the approval status.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to post to your bank or credit card account, depending on their processing times.

Important Note: For non-defect returns, your completed return must be received by us within 30 calendar days of your return request authorization. We cannot process refunds for eligible items received after this period.

Part 2: 3-Year Limited Warranty

All ENGREPO solar lights are backed by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the original date of purchase.

1. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers the repair or replacement (at our discretion) of any ENGREPO solar light that fails to function under normal use due to a manufacturing or material defect. This is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
